The position will provide analytical support on social media based market research projects. The Analyst will manage all aspects of a project from beginning to end .

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze social media data using Collective Intellect software
• Construct Power Point presentations and executive summaries
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders
• Review reports for quality assurance
• Work closely with account team to present social media insights to Fortune 500 clients and advertising agencies

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree or greater
• Basic computer skills – Excel, Power Point, Word
• Knowledge about the social media environment including Twitter, Facebook, blogs, message boards, etc.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills a must
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Innovative approach to helping clients address business issues
